What happens if my JUS is spoiled or does not look right?

Our customer service team is here to help. Firstly, we will require our fellow JUSers to snap photos of their JUS and email to help@JUSbyJulie.com, to help assess the matter as best as possible. Please note that JUS by Julie must be notified within 5 days of delivery with any problematic JUS in order to provide the best solution.

Please note JUSes should NOT be discarded prior to contact with our JUS team.

Compensation or further accommodations cannot be provided without proper information. We thank you for your cooperation and look forward to assisting you!
